1. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping

  • Orders over LKR 8,000 qualify for complimentary delivery within Sri Lanka.

  • For orders below LKR 8,000, a flat delivery fee of LKR 400 applies.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Colombo zone (Zones 1–15): typically 2–3 working days.

  • Rest of Sri Lanka (island-wide): around 5–7 working days.

  • During seasonal peaks or holidays, minor delays may occur; we'll notify you if the delivery time frame changes.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmed payment.

  • Orders received after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or large corporate orders may require additional processing time, which we'll communicate in advance.


4. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We partner with reputable local courier services offering tracking updates, which you can view through our website.

  • Tracking information is shared once your order is dispatched.


5. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

  • We support Cash on Delivery across all Sri Lankan zones.

  • CoD orders under LKR 8,000 include the delivery fee (LKR 400), collected upon delivery.


6. Delivery Restrictions

  • Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may have extended delivery times or restricted service. We'll inform you at checkout if your delivery destination falls under such areas.

  • Specialty products (e.g. heavy or oversized packages) may incur slightly higher shipping rates depending on the location.


7. Missed Delivery Attempts

  • If you're unavailable at the delivery address when our courier attempts delivery, a repeat delivery charge may apply.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, otherwise it may be returned and fees may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Notify us within 48 hours if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged.

  • Provide tracking info and relevant photos.

  • In such cases, we'll work with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


9. International Shipping

(Currently not available — domestic deliveries only)
If overseas shipping becomes available, the policy will detail customs responsibilities, estimated delivery windows, and related fees.


10. Policy Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you agree to these delivery terms.

  • This policy is published on our site footer, checkout page, and FAQs.

  • We may update it periodically, and changes take effect immediately upon posting.


11. Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled or edited by contacting us promptly.

  • Requests after dispatch may not be accepted or may incur restocking fees, especially for special/custom garments.
