Orders over LKR 8,000 qualify for complimentary delivery within Sri Lanka.
For orders below LKR 8,000, a flat delivery fee of LKR 400 applies.
Colombo zone (Zones 1–15): typically 2–3 working days.
Rest of Sri Lanka (island-wide): around 5–7 working days.
During seasonal peaks or holidays, minor delays may occur; we'll notify you if the delivery time frame changes.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmed payment.
Orders received after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
Custom or large corporate orders may require additional processing time, which we'll communicate in advance.
We partner with reputable local courier services offering tracking updates, which you can view through our website.
Tracking information is shared once your order is dispatched.
We support Cash on Delivery across all Sri Lankan zones.
CoD orders under LKR 8,000 include the delivery fee (LKR 400), collected upon delivery.
Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may have extended delivery times or restricted service. We'll inform you at checkout if your delivery destination falls under such areas.
Specialty products (e.g. heavy or oversized packages) may incur slightly higher shipping rates depending on the location.
If you're unavailable at the delivery address when our courier attempts delivery, a repeat delivery charge may apply.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, otherwise it may be returned and fees may apply.
Notify us within 48 hours if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged.
Provide tracking info and relevant photos.
In such cases, we'll work with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
