Refund policy

At Sasobha Scrubs & Medical Uniforms, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not provide refunds, we are happy to assist you with exchanges to ensure you get the right fit and product.

📦 Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Products must be in resalable condition, free from stains, damage, or odors.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
Custom-made or personalized items (including embroidered or name-tagged products)
Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (discounts above 15%)
Undergarments or innerwear included in uniform kits

🧾 Reporting an Issue

If you receive:

The wrong item, or
A product with a manufacturing defect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

Contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for exchange.
Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Securely pack the item and return it to us using a trusted courier.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

🎁 Gift Orders

Items received as gifts can be exchanged by the recipient. In such cases, exchanges will be processed as per stock availability.

📬 Shipping Guidelines for Exchanges

Clearly label your parcel with your name, contact number, and order ID.
Use a courier service with tracking to avoid delays or lost parcels.
Sasobha will not be responsible for parcels lost or delayed during return shipping.
